K.Translucent II showcases both the talents of Kentmere’s R&D department and the quality of its manufacturing.
It is an ultra-stable backlit media that gives pigment ink stability with the colour punch of dye-based inks.
It was developed to meet the demanding specifications of a Burger King lightbox display contract – bright, durable colours, high d-max and a display life (indoors) of one year.
Most conventional inkjet backlit media will not meet these specifications.
The majority of K.Translucent II sales are to export markets.
